Biography
I’m Youssef Al Mouakar, known as INKOURAGE INK, a Lebanese tattoo artist with nine years of experience and a Thunderlord Tattoo Machines Pro Team artist. I specialize in black and grey realism, color realism, watercolor, and abstract work. After five years tattooing in Dubai, I’m now based in Lebanon and looking for guest spots to meet fellow artists and work with new clients. Instagram: @inkourage_ink
